Pádraig Mac Giolla Chearr

From Gort-a-Choirce, The Kingdom of Lug, in the heart of the Donegal gaeltacht . Pádraig's great grandfather and namesake was an important figure in the Irish language revival movement of the early 20th century. A founder of Coláiste Uladh, one of the first Irish language schools, amongst his pupils were three leaders of the 1916 Easter Rising Pádraig Pearse, Roger Casement and Joseph Plunkett. Pádraig holds a Graduate Diploma in Education (e-learning) from Dublin City University and a Certificate in Training and Continuing Education from NUI Maynooth.
